Change or Cancel a Reservation

Please enter the booking reference for the reservation that you wish to change or modify and the email address that was used when the reservation was made.

You can use this form to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation.  You can change any of the details including the type of course, duration of stay, arrival date and departure date.

Changes: You are welcome to make any number of changes to your booking until 3 days before the start date of the course.

Cancellation: You can cancel the booking at anytime before the start date of the course.  In the event of cancelling the course without attending the course, you will not have to pay any extra charges. The £50 deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

After attending the first day of the course, if you wish to cancel then the course fees will be refunded after deducting the £50 deposit paid at the time of booking. If you attend more than one day of the course and if you wish to cancel then you will not be entitled for any refund.

In the event of cancellation, the £50 deposit can not be used to pay for some one else's (Friends) course fees.
