Format of the AGREEMENT of Pay Later Scheme

PLAB RIGHT LIMITED, having its office at 17 Breydon Gardens St Helens WA9 5WH, United Kingdom, Represented by its director  hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY.

And

Dr. ...................................................................... hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY.

  AND WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the company registered under Companies Act 1985 & 1989. The main object of the company is to train the doctors who intending to appear for the PLAB examination.

AND WHERAS, the SECOND PARTY is the candidate who intending to appear PLAB  examination.

AND WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY approached FIRST PARTY with an offer to join the sponsorship course.

AND WHEREAS after mutual discussion the PARTIES have decided to enter into this AGREEMENT.

1.         The SECOND PARTY agrees to pay registration fee of £ 50/- to the FIRST PARTY
at the time of registration. The advance fee so paid is non-refundable.

2.         The SECOND PARTY AGREES to pay £150(inclusive of registration fee of £ 50) at
the time of commencement course to the FIRST PARTY. The SECOND PARTY further agrees to pay remainder amount i.e. £240 within one year or within three months of getting the job, whichever is earlier. On his/her failure to pay the remainder amount within time stated supra, the FIRST PARTY is free to take appropriate legal steps to recover the said amount.

3.         The FIRST PARTY reserves right to cancel course, change venue/date. In the event
the cancellation schedule course amount received at the time of the registration will be refunded THE SECOND PARTY i.e., at the option of the SECOND PARTY.

4.         The FIRST PARTY will provide accommodation to the SECOND
PARTY  for a total period not more than 3 weeks. SECOND PARTY has to pay for any extra length of stay. If  SECOND PARTY has asked for any extra facility not included normally, SECOND PARTY must make the payment towards these extra facility as intimated by the FIRST PARTY to SECOND PARTY in advance each week. SECOND PARTY will pay a refundable deposit of £ 25 at the time of occupancy to the FIRST PARTY. FIRST PARTY may refund this amount when the SECOND PARTY vacates the property. If second party directly or indirectly has caused any damages to the property of the FIRST PARTY then this amount will be used to recover the damages.

5.         The SECOND PARTY agrees to vacate the room/flat with all his/her belongings,
arranged by the FIRST PARTY within ONE day of the completion of  the 3 week period. If  SECOND PARTY wishes to stay longer this has to mutually agreed between FIRST PARTY and  SECOND PARTY.  Conditions  ends at the end of 3 week period. SECOND PARTY will have to pay the charges weekly in advance to the FIRST PARTY as agreed.

6.         The FIRST PARTY offers free coaching for a maximum of 3 weeks. to the
SECOND PARTY if the SECOND PARTY fails to pass the examination in first attempt. This offer is only given once. That is for only one extra attempt on exam. SECOND PARTY has to pay for the accommodation charges during this period.

 The parties have signed this AGREEMENT on this                  day of 2005 at U.K.
